Whitney Wolanin “So Close” (Top Notch)
In just a few short years, Whitney has truly matured and developed her songwriting style and "So Close" is moving her into a league with today’s top talent. “So Close” is powered by Whitney’s outstanding vocal performance, intelligent lyrics and infectious melody that just reels you in. Think Five For Fighting with tempo.

Whitney Houston Sets September Comeback
The countdown has begun on WhitneyHouston.com, as the website says the singing diva will unveil her long-awaited comeback album on September 1. Houston's last album of original material, Just Whitney, was released in 2002. The website says only that "The Wait Is Over" and features a rolling countdown to the album's release. It also streams a Whitney highlight video, and fans can sign up to receive updates about the new music and video.

Many rumors have circulated about Houston's seventh album, and though it is currently untitled, it was previously referred to as Undefeated. It also could include production and songwriting from will.i.am, Sean Garrett and Akon, although there is no confirmation on whether the duet with Akon that leaked last year, "Like I Never Left," will make the final cut. The album has also been rumored to include a duet with R. Kelly.

Houston's first single, the Diane Warren-penned "I Didn't Know My Own Strength," is expected to be in radio rotation by the summer, according to E!

Paul McCartney will perform the very first concerts at Citi Field – the new home of the New York Mets – on Friday, July 17 and Saturday, July 18. Tickets go on sale Monday, June 15 at 10 a.m. EST both online at http://www.507tixx.com/ and by phone at (718) 507-TIXX. The shows carry extra historical significance because of McCartney's relationship to the Mets' old Shea Stadium. "I am really excited about playing Citi Field. The Beatles were the first to play at Shea Stadium and along with Billy Joel, I was the last to sing at the old Shea," stated McCartney. "So to be the first to play this stadium is incredible. I am really looking forward to a buzzing show."
